1 day course

This is ideal for organisations that have a low risk environment such as offices. 

Paediatric Emergency First Aid at Work

1 day course

The 1-day Paediatric Emergency First Aid at Work course focuses on equipping individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to respond to emergency situations involving children in the workplace. The course covers topics specific to paediatric first aid, including CPR for infants and children, managing choking incidents, and addressing common childhood injuries and illnesses. Perfect for those working in an Early Years setting. 

First Aid at Work (FAW)

3 day course

The 3-day First Aid at Work qualification is a comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective first aid in the workplace. Participants will learn essential life-saving techniques such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to manage choking incidents and deal with various injuries and illnesses. This is ideal for organistions that have a higher risk environment such as construction and manufacturing. 

Paediatric First Aid at Work

2 day course

Over the course of two days, participants will learn essential life-saving techniques tailored for infants and children. This includes CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), choking relief, and the management of common childhood injuries and illnesses. The training also addresses specific conditions such as allergies, asthma, seizures, and febrile convulsions.

Annual Refresher Training

3 hour course

This qualification is for those that hold a current First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work qualification, who are in need of an annual refresher as recommended in the Health and Safety (First aid) Regulations (1981). Annual refresher first aid training for staff is important for several reasons. It helps retain knowledge, keeps staff updated on guidelines, boosts confidence and competence, enhances skills, promotes team cohesion, ensures legal compliance, improves emergency preparedness, and prioritizes staff well-being. Regular training ensures that staff members can effectively respond to emergencies, stay up to date with the latest techniques, and contribute to a safe and prepared workplace.

First Aid at Work Requalification (FAW)

2 day course

The 2-day First Aid at Work Refresher qualification is designed to refresh and update the skills and knowledge of individuals who have previously completed the full First Aid at Work course. This condensed training program focuses on reinforcing essential first aid skills and ensuring that participants remain up to date with the latest protocols and guidelines to ensure that individuals maintain their valid First Aid at Work certification.

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator

The Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator is a training program that provides individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer basic life support and safely operate an automated external defibrillator (AED). This qualification focuses on teaching participants how to respond to cardiac arrest situations effectively. It covers key topics such as recognizing cardiac arrest, performing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), using an AED to deliver electric shocks to restore normal heart rhythm, and providing post-resuscitation care.

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis

The Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis is a training program designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills required to respond to anaphylactic reactions and administer basic life support in emergency situations.This qualification focuses on teaching participants how to recognize and manage anaphylaxis, a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction. It covers topics such as identifying triggers, understanding symptoms, and administering emergency medication, such as epinephrine auto-injectors.

Level 3 Award in Administering Emergency Oxygen

The Level 3 Award in Administering Emergency Oxygen is a specialised training program that equips individuals with the knowledge and skills required to safely administer supplemental oxygen in emergency situations. This qualification focuses on teaching participants the importance of oxygen administration and its benefits in various medical emergencies. It covers topics such as recognizsing respiratory distress, understanding the indications for administering emergency oxygen, and the safe handling and delivery of oxygen therapy. Participants will learn how to assess and provide oxygen therapy to individuals experiencing breathing difficulties, cardiac events, or other medical conditions requiring supplemental oxygen.
